Location location location!

Loved the property but just a few minor maintenance issues need addressing ie. Rotten / broken stairs, and hot water would be a bonus lol! But honestly didn’t miss it

The accomodation is right outside Cloud 9. Unlimited view of sunrise and sunset.. very good accommodation. The staff are very helpful especially Kuya Ray.. He organised my daughter's surf lesson, motorcycle rental and transportation to and from the airport. The breakfasts are tasty and good.. best longganisa!! 👌

Dangerous steps and terrace ! The wooden panels are rotten so you have to watch your steps. The towels have stains. The first 2 days the room was not proper cleaned even when I asked for it. I finally cleaned the room myself. Cockroaches in the room! I finally bought spray myself. Outdoor shower not working at all. Indoor shower super low water pressure. I booked a surf lesson for 6.30 am but no teacher arrived. Unfortunately no one really cares about this beautiful place which could be outstanding if some effort would have been put into it. I left earlier and booked another place to enjoy the last 3 days of my vacation .

Hygiene issues!! Animals (dogs/cats,.. ) are eating the food prepared for the guests in the kitchen. Cockroaches in the rooms and kitchen. Even though we asked the hotel team for pest control, it never happened. We left earlier and moved to another hotel!!

L’endroit était délabré et mon mari a passé à travers le le plancher un mètre plus bas ,qui lui a fait des hématomes et une problème de dos jusqu’au présent.Un voisin a subi la même sort 3 jours avant .C’est endroit est dangereux et nécessite une rénovation urgente!!Le wifi très faible !!Donc pas de télévision pendant 8 jours.

What I liked most about the property was the room itself — it was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The beachfront location is also a big plus, offering a great setting (even though the weather during my stay wasn’t ideal). I also truly appreciated the staff. They were very kind, friendly, and always willing to help, doing their best despite the challenges the property was facing at the time. Their positive attitude definitely contributed to making the stay enjoyable.

The main issue during my stay was the water supply problem. I was informed upon arrival that there had already been no water for two days, and unfortunately the issue continued for another two days while I was there. Having to wash using a tank filled with swimming pool water was quite inconvenient and not what you expect when booking accommodation. I also felt that the overall organization and communication could be improved, particularly in managing and proactively informing guests about operational issues. With better coordination and infrastructure reliability, the experience would have been significantly better.

Location is awesome, staff is great and the bungalows are beautiful
