ALON CLOUD9 Beach Front

I had an amazing stay at ALON CLOUD 9. The location is perfect and the property is beautifully maintained, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the area. Breakfast was always fresh, delicious, and a great way to start each day. What really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive, but a special mention goes to Rey, who consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His hospitality truly elevated the experience.

A little run down but kept very clean with wonderful staff 👏😊

Size of rooms and location

In need of maintenance and renovations, broken/rotten steps and decking boards, leaking A/C (was fixed), low water pressure in showers, warped doors allowing lots of mosquitoes into rooms and even received electrical shocks from tap fittings

the neighborhood is quiet.. the staff/people are friendly, warm and courteous.. the location is excellent (near Cloud 9)

the swimming pool was being cleaned so i didn't get a chance to use it

La cabaña estaba genial, la cama super cómoda y la ubicación inmejorable. El personal súper atento y dispuesto.

La piscina estaba muy sucia y se veía descuidada.

Staffs are really accomodating and they helped us in every way possible, our vacation is super smooth because we dont need to worry about the security and the other things needed when travelling/while in vacation. I will book this again on my next visit in Siargao. if you are into beach front, then you should consider this, and you dont need to pay for 100 entrance to go to Cloud 9 bridge as you will be exiting towards the beach here. Thank you so much again for the experience.

I think the only thing i can suggest is to put a signage of the name of the resort, as our tuktuk driver most of the time didnt drop us on the correct destination unless we said to stop but other thing about that is remarkable.
