La ubicaciรณn en Cloud 9 El personal amable y disponible (sobre todo Kevin) El amplio tamaรฑo del cuarto

En general el hotel estรก bien, pero creo que le falta un poco de โ€œcariรฑoโ€ a nivel general, por ejemplo: mejorar un poco la zona de la piscina: solamente habรญa 1 tumbona - asรญ que es praticamente imposible tumbarse a tomar el sol; ampliar un poco la carta del desayuno o que sea mรกs completo.

-Stanze pulite e spaziose -accesso diretto alla spiaggia cloud 9 -a 2 minuti a piedi dal Beach bar Loka molto buono -colazione fantastica -personale gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza -lontano dal caos di general luna ma allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti di tuktuk dal centro -sicuramente รจ il migliore che cโ€™รจ a cloud 9!!! Grazie a tutto lo staff, hanno accolto me mio marito e il bimbo nel migliore dei modi

The location , directly on the beach and cloud 9 pier. The swimming pool was nice . The room are large and comfortable . Overall, the kindness and efficiency of Kevin the manager . Kevin has been of a wonderful help to solve our issues . Many Thanks to Kevin and all the staff !

Der Staff! Die Angestellten war so freundlich und dennoch respektvoll. Wir wurden wunderbar umsorgt. Der Garten war auch wunderschรถn und der Zugang zum Strand direkt am Ende des Gartens.

Las villas son lo mejor: amplias, renovadas y decoradas con gusto. Camas comodรญsimas, baรฑos muy grandes y nuevos, con ducha interior y exterior, y aire acondicionado perfecto. Todo muy limpio y confortable. Nos alojamos en familia (3 personas) y la experiencia fue excelente. La atenciรณn y amabilidad del personal, especialmente de Julius, han sido impecables: nos organizรณ excursiones, clases de surf, trasladosโ€ฆsiempre con una sonrisa y mucha disposiciรณn. La ubicaciรณn no puede ser mejor: justo frente a Cloud 9, una playa maravillosa para surfear, nadar, tomar algo y disfrutar de atardeceres espectaculares. La piscina siempre limpia y agradable.

Por decir algo a mejorar, la zona exterior de la recepciรณn y piscina podrรญan actualizarse un poco.

The staff went out of their way to help us in every way. I lost my license and they checked around for it. Julius was a great manager.
