Staff were friendly

The room TV not working properly even after it was “checked to be fixed”; no hot shower; utensils were not clean -coffee cup and spoon; grounds were not cleaned ( dog poop) in a couple of spots

Location was amazing!! Rooms were very comfortable and like the extra single bed in it for our daughter. Julius the manager went above and beyond for our family holiday, he was absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to return.

We had such a great experience staying at ALON Cloud 9 Hotel. Even before we arrived, Julius got in touch with us to help arrange our airport pickup, which made everything so easy. He was super friendly and helpful the entire time, always ready to give us tips on where to go and what to see around the island. The rooms were really spacious and pretty — we loved how clean and fresh they were every single day. Big shoutout to Edna and her team for the amazing breakfast every morning. It was such a nice way to start the day. And the location? Perfect. It’s right in front of the Cloud 9 boardwalk, and the best part is that the hotel has its own private entrance to the beach — no need to pay the 100 pesos entrance fee every time. That was a huge plus!

What a great hotel and great stay. My cottage room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel compound is lush green and decent pool. Breakfast was very good. I could not get enough of the Hawaiian salmon! The best part was the manager, Julius. He is so welcoming, and does his utmost to make your stay memorable. He is manager/concierge/ problem solver, all in one!

Location was great, within the Cloud 9 beach so did not have to pay the beach entry fee. Close to everything but still secluded and private. Our host, Julius, was amazing and helped with dinner reservations and recommendations, surfing lessons for some in our party, and arranging for transportation. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to help locate a lost bag at the ferry port. The villas were well appointed, eco conscious, clean and comfortable with good AC. Fun, convenient restaurant next door on the beach was a good option while the restaurant on site was being renovated. I would come back and stay here again.

Friendly staff, great location, nice rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Very enjoyable stay and would stay here again!

It had no kettle. I’d much prefer a kettle other than a coffee machine that uses capsules, much more versatile especially as it rained so much!
