location location location. that and the price are pretty much all that this place has going for it.

bad Wi-Fi, bad water pressure, VERY NOISY, staff made up lame excuses about the bad Wi-Fi, do not believe them, it’s not like that everywhere in Mexico.

Location is the best thing for this hotel. Breakfast was good.

Bed is not comfy. Room smelled weird the whole time. Wifi sucks.

The entrance to the hotel had 3 large garbage bins. The room was terrible and looked like nothing I had seen on booking .com, the display of greenery hanging off balconies was not there, and the place looked old and musty, the hotel needs to be refurbished.

All the staff provided excellent customer service.

Location, breakfast

The room is noisy, and there is weird smell in there.

The staff is very nice, at the reception and in the breakfast area. Near to the beach, and not too noisy considering 5th avenue near by. The room should have a kettle and lock in the moskitiera so you could keep the door open overnight ( instead of aircon)

The bed was clean and room in general. However the bathroom door was probably cleaned few years ago. The shower drain blocked after running the water for 2 min. Breakfast is not worth it ( just 2 toast and egg, no fruits ...), the coffee taste awful 😞 The room is very small so only ok for short stay. The WiFi works on and off . During the last night someone organise the party, so until 5am you felt like having a techno party in your bed ... Some reception staff does not speak English at all ( you would expect that in a touristic place)
