Selva y Mar Apart Hotel

Not much

1 - no where when I booked the room, it says that you need to check in at a nearby hotel (Casa Tikul). 2 - They were not signage at all with the name of the place or where to check in. 3 - poor shower head (even though they changed it after I complained about) 4 - and the most important one, BEG BUGS!!! I complained about it and to their defence they changed the bed sheet but that was not enough. (room 15)I asked to changed room but they said they were fully booked.

Nice, cleen, quiet, comfortable bet.

No one mentioned breakfast. I forgot that thay are included in the price.

White painted room

No hot water, no water pressure then no water at all the last night. Crap internet speed. First room did not lock and had a leak in roof.

good location, in a quiet area.

wifi connection is a huge problem here, we had many connection drops and watching something could be a huge problem. also kitchen is not usable, not clean etc.

location was amazing

airconditioner leaked water and flooded the main room. water pressure was very bad and wifi didn’t work :(

I liked the location and the continental breakfast, also the access to the pool.

I didn’t like that it wasn’t exactly like in booking photos.

It's 10 min walking to the main center, but it's also in the main road where is a lot of bats ans restaurants. Perfect if you don't want to stay in the really loud and crowed center but still central
