The location was great!! The maids do a good job of cleaning the room. Great choice but only for a short term stay.

Finally got a coffee maker after 3 days Ive never had a kitchen w/o one. The reception front desk staff is like a revolving door of workers. 12 days of the top floor was too much stair climbing for me but every time I ask to move rooms they needed to talk to a manager the next day.

The included breakfast is pretty basic - if you want more added to your omelet for example, you have to pay for it. The server lady the first day wasn't friendly, but, on the 2nd day, when I upgraded my food, she was great.

Toilet barely flushed, very little hot water in the shower and the wifi code that was assigned to the room did not show up on my phone. I ended up connecting to the wifi for the room next door.

You can't find the access . We can't access the property with the key because they changed the lock 3 hours after we arrived as . No hot water small bed smells like mould, and they charged the same fee as we were 45 mins early .... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Hotel location was decent. The staff were nice

The rooms are old and decrepit. There was no coffee maker or a tea kettle in the room and we were told they were not available. Although the room description on the booking website.stated that either one or the other we're supposed to be there. My wife had a bad allergy to something in the room and we had to check out after one night, forfeiting the nonrefundable part of the reservation

after calling in advance to check and being guaranteed separate WiFi’s for every room, we arrived to find no wifi works other than at the reception (which for us was a different building and next to the swimming pool so it is also too noisy and wet to work there). A very expensive hotel that delivered on nothing that it promised.

The maid was wonderful and helpful. The food aromas from El Pirata Restaurant below on the street were great! Location was good.

1. only one set of keys for two people which made it difficult to go out separately 2. rooftop gathering area is a disaster with two broken lounge chairs; could be a great place to relax but it is not!! 3. Kitchenette sparsely equipped and no coffee maker (bad!!) 4, WiFi not working for room 5, had to share the WiFi of room 6, weak and wavering WiFi 6. Lost power for a day. 7. TV did not work 8. Toilet not flushing efficiently 9.Loud street noise through the entire night . I would never stay in this room again and I would not recommend it to anyone. It was way overpriced for what we got.

Nice clean lovely room with smal kitchen.

a bit damp inside. no Internet.!!!!! they give a mix of 18 wifi networks. I lost a lot of time trying them all and none worked or only worked for 10 seconds. there is no information on the gate how to find the reception which is located in the next block.
