Small bed, small room, no fulfilment of shampoo and bathing foam. Poor breakfast.

The location is great! The price is good for what you get. but the WIFI is terrible, I work online so I thought I was going to be able to work remotely from the hotel but wifi is not good at all so I had to leave sooner than planned. Also, don't stay on room 19, the other rooms seem to be great, but we were unlucky to be in #19, there were lots of mosquitos inside of the room because it has an opening to the outside with some plants that attracts mosquitos apparently.

no hot water, no working wifi. room is very noisy can hear neighbours breathe. room is very bright it’s hard to sleep in the morning and curtains are very short affording little privacy.

bathroom: toilet broke last day, shower water flows through bathroom floor towards the room, cleaning wasn’t done during our three day stay, room interior has an older look than the high contrast pictures, we stayed at the first week of the year so probably that’s why it wasn’t good value for the money we paid

finding the place is very difficult

location was good, just off one end of 5th Avenue, the less touristy end, and close to the public beach. the room had air con and the building is pretty inside.

The property is around the corner from another hotel where you have to check in so any issues you had to walk down the road. no drinking water available. no kettle, no dish soap for the cups and dishes provided, you assume the guests wash up so no doubt the crockery has not been washed properly. the room had little bugs coming from a pretty lifeless plant in the corner. harmless but not a great vibe. the door to the room is a sliding glass panel with a fiddly lock, there’s a curtain inside the room but it feels a bit like a zoo if you keep the curtain open. the Wi-Fi didn’t work, breakfast was not good. it’s a good place if you don’t want to spend the money and you’ll only be there to sleep.

1.- the Garden was full of trash , even used toilet paper in the garden. a lot of cats come inside they tear apart trash bags and nobody from the staff care to clean them. 2.- since they allowed street cats into the facilities the whole garden smells like cat urine and poop. really disgusting!! !!! 3.- my room was not complete clean. u can see some foot steps in bathroom 4.- dirty linens with body hair on the bed. really frustrating. 5.- the wc was not working, a leak on the shower too 6.NO INTERNET DURING MY WHOLE STAY !! 7.- THE TV NEVER WORKED DURING MY WHOLE STAY !! 8,- I FELT VERY UNSAFE !! I KNOW THE HOTEL WAS CHEAP!! BUT THIS WAS OUT OF CONTROL I EVEN ASKED FOR A REFOUND !! SO SO BAD !!! I GOT PICS FROM EVERYTHING, IF THE MANAGER , THE OWNER OR SOMEBODY IS INTERESTED IN MAKING THINGS BETTER I GLADLY CAN SHARE THE PICS

The property had several options to connect to the internet. None of them had a stable connection. It was sufficient to send emails half of the time. A full connection ie streaming was only possible for about two hours out of four days. I have been in Mexico a year and it was my worst ever connection .
