Чисто, вежливый персонал, ежедневная уборка, прекрасное расположение вблизи пляжа и развлечений. Останавливался в этом отеле 2 раза с разницей 1 год, отель не новый, но очень чистый и комфортный.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Apartment mit Badewanne auf dem Balkon, Relativ ruhig und nah am Strand. Viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Komme gerne wieder! Dank günstiger Taxis mit GRAB sind auch weiter entfernte Sehenswürdigkeiten kein Problem.

It was our second time in Da Nang, but first time when we booked this apartment and we totally loved it! We came for a month and needed something with a kitchen, nice view and (preferred) two rooms because I'd like to have a separate room as a home office. In the bedroom there was a small window through which I could enjoy the sea view from the working place. The bathroom was spacious enough and had a tropical shower. There are two balconies, one with the washing machine and other with a chairs to sit and enjoy your morning drinks. Even though the hotel doesn't have its own swimming pool, guests have an access to the upper floor of the opposite hotel which has it. The nice thing: you almost can’t find here any insects because they call the guys to produce an insect treatment 2 a week. So you can enjoy your time on the balcony without fear being bitten by a mosquito or seeing some hoards of ants marching in the kitchen. The location is great! It's one of the most developed areas of Da Nang with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. We had everything we needed in that area. The next thing that we liked: the staff! Everyone here is a professional and always ready to help with a smile. We had a problem with a sink the day we arrived and they sent us a master immediately. The girls at the reception always were super friendly and did everything to make us feel at home. Also thanks to the cleaning ladies and the guys who helped us with the luggage and always wished us a good morning. Considering to stay here in our next trip to Da Nang.

In the room 401 was a small piece of mold, seems like one of the neighbors above had flooded the apartment some time before. Everything else was fine.

1. Location, close to the beach and plenty of eateries within minutes 2. Staff is responsive and helpful 3. Daily housekeeping 4. Good soundproof, can't hear the traffic with windows close.

1. Place is infested with ants, I get bitten sitting on the couch. 2. Cleanliness could be further improved. Found cigarette butt under the couch 3. Pillows are awful...hurt my neck sleeping on it. Mattress is slanted, rather uncomfortable. 4. The hot water for the bathtub runs out after a few mins, and it is a big tub to fill. 5. Need new towels as the one provided smell of mold and sweat after 2 use. 6. Completely useless tv. Nothing is on. Bring your own laptop and hdmi cable if you want to watch something.

Очень ответственные и приветливые сотрудники отеля. Любая просьба оставалась выполненной.Удобные апартаменты. Всё в рабочем состоянии.
