Location was excellent and the staff were even better. Excellent customer service, greeted with a smile. Bed was very very comfortable, had a lovely bath in the room, very clean. Roof top pool was the right temperature, can see the beach from the pool. Was excellent all round.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Deceptive description and reviews. This place is associated with the new, modern hotel across the street which is where the pool and restaurant are located. They have combined the photos, reviews and description between the older apartments with the new hotel across the street.

I used to love these apartments. The location is perfect, and they are a good size. They also have very comfortable beds and good air conditioning

The noise from the bars and night market is beyind ridiculous. Competing singers from different venues, often off-key, are too loud to ignore. Thankfully, they stop at 10 or 11pm. The cleaning is not great, there was a fair bit of mould about. We found it inside the bathroom and bedroom cupboards and on one pillow, which was quickly exchanged. There was also a bad smell from the drains at times. (Room 301) We stayed almost 5 weeks, so we went and bought our own cleaning supplies, including a small broom, and cleaned our own place. The reception staff are wonderful and communication was good but sadly I won't recommend it to friends anymore. Apparently, a major renovation is planned for later this year.

Location of the apartments could not be better, near the beach and nightlife, but it's not in your face. Comfortable bed, room cleaned every day, and the 2 girls on reception are very nice and pleasant with a nice smile every morning, also the maintenance man was very helpful.

Hard pillows should have asked to change, I suppose. Sometimes, the air conditioning from other rooms made a noise.

Номер уставший. Постельное белье и полотенца старые, грязно белого цвета, даже рваные. В номере и на балконе грязные окна. Посуды не достаточно.

Good location - easy access to My An beach and a lot of juice bars & pubs. A bit far from the center of town but grab cars are always ready nearby.

1. The room, even though fully furnished, is not very spacious since they want to fit everything in a small place. 2. There was only one bellman who intended to greet us every time we passed by the reception, receptionists are not that friendly (probably towards Vietnamese guests) 3. The room has two balconies, one for sitting and one for the washing up, but their locations should be switched as the one for laundry nearly has no wind, your clothes will never dry there. The one for sitting is okay, but full of mosquitoes at nights. 4. Turndown service is inefficient. 5. The living room's AC ran out of gas probably, no cold air was coming out of it. 6. Floor was quite dusty. The slippers are there for a reason if you don't want to get your sheet dirty, which the turndown service is not helping anyway. 7. Kitchenware is quite enough, but there are no baskets nor racks for the dishes.
