Taian Hotel & Apartment

Location good. One bedroom separated from the kitchen.

The noise from the market and the Bun Bao guy. Bed a little stiff. Maybe a little smell in the place too.

mình thích mấy cái tấm khăn trải ghế decor lắm, xinh xỉu, căn phòng decor cũng xinh lắm, nhìn vô thấy ấm áp cực, các bạn nhân viên thì hỗ trợ mình rất chu đáo, lúc lưu trú bé nhà mình có nghịch và làm vỡ 1 tách trà nhưng được offer nên không phải thanh toán lúc CO! nói chung hầu hết mọi thứ đều rất tốt! mình cảm ơn!

cái nệm nằm đau lưng mỏi cổ cực kì, nhà mình nằm 2 đêm dậy bơ phờ phờ phạc dã man, sau đó mình nhờ các bạn nhân viên hỗ trợ thì 2 đêm còn lại nhà mình ngủ rất ngon! cảm ơn mn rất nhiều

I stayed at Taian Hotel in Da Nang and overall had a great experience. The apartment was very comfortable and looked almost exactly like the photos. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location is excellent, and the apartment was clean and well-equipped. I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay in Da Nang!

The only downside was that I originally reserved an apartment with a sea view but was given a room without one. I spoke to the staff, and they were kind enough to move me to a higher floor the next day. However, in both apartments, the balcony didn’t really offer a view—just the walls of the neighboring building, which is very close.

Location, facilities, reception staff and comfort were very pleasant. The swimming pool in opposite hotel was lovely with great views.

The kitchen lacked adequate pots and pans of different sizes to be able to cook certain meals. Sometimes the bed could have been made up more proficiently. The hotel had a roof terrace which could be improved with more seats and plants. The swimming pool are in the hotel opposite could be improved by having more loungers, perhaps foldable to not incur occupying too much space. Minor criticisms compared to all the positive aspects.

The hotel was a short walk to several shops, restaurants and the beach. The front desk and lobby staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They are responsive to questions and do their best to address any needs you have with the room. It was nice to have a seating area and small kitchen outside of the bedroom. There wasn't too much available in the kitchen to use for cooking, aside from a pot, pan, spatula, and table-setting/dishware. The induction stovetop worked well and we appreciated the fridge with separate freezer compartment. I utilized the tiny gym room in the building across the street once.

Each room has its own mini hot water heater. The capacity provides around 90 seconds of hot water. That isn't enough for me to do much. The rooms with patio bathtubs are a misleading amenity. Expect a cold bath. The materials and finishes in the room were a little different from the pictures shown online and there wasn't much maintenance done to keep the walls scuff-free from wear and tear.
