Very well located property.Staff is cheerful and ever helpful.Should keep one pressure cooker for Indian tourist.

Need for a pressure cooker to cater for Indian cooking

The view and the apartment was a central location to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately the location was close to a night market where they had very loud music and singing playing at night for at least 3 hours every night. Then a pub nearby had music and singing going on at the same time, as if the two were competing. It was so loud even with the windows and doors shut! We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was quite nice but the pool wasn't very clean. We also had an issue with the shower drain overflowing which was initially ignored but we pointed it out again the next day and it did get fixed. We were there for 4 nights and one afternoon the lift was having maintenance for a 4 hours and as we were on the top floor it was quite inconvenient and then the next day we were told they were going to fumigate the whole building and as I had a chest infection at the time, I really did not want to make things worse, so we opted to forfeit the accommodation for our last night and we went elsewhere. Apart from this, the reception staff were good, easy to approach and spoke quite good English.

Good location; near beach, restaurants and convenience stores. Jacuzzi worked well and was very relaxing. Bed was large and very supportive (did not sag). Friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation was spacious.

Do not agree that this is a 4 star accommodation, photos on booking.com are not representative of actual condition, our room 403 looked old and tired, our opinion is this is 2.5 to 3 star at best. Due to construction across the road, the sound of jackhammers between 8am - 5pm was annoying. Sleeping in bedroom was difficult due to position of bedroom at the rear of accommodation was right where all the aircon units were attached to back wall, the sound of the harmonics of the units operating during the night made sleeping difficult without ear plugs. The rear balcony railing where the washing machine was situated was corroded and some bolts were pulling away from wall, I foresee a future safety hazard if they are not repaired. The Sharp TV only had YouTube available and no tv channels even though it looked liked an aerial cable was installed to the tv. Using tv remote was annoying due to big lag between pressing button and seeing function operate. Wifi was not high speed, YouTube was laggy at times, internet speed check showed download speed of average 12 - 16mbps when checked using Avast speed check on smart phone. No ironing board and iron provided in apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Taian Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, without a doubt, was the beautiful sea view from our window.

Loved it here. The staff were so friendly, helpful, always smiling. I can’t think of 1 fault at this hotel. Location was great. Beds so comfortable and the pillows. They just couldn’t do enough for you. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The karaoke from the new night market, so loud it sounds like they’re in bed next to you. I can’t recommend this location for anyone wanting to sleep before 11:00pm.
