Muy nuevo en general. Es un bajo pero la calle es tranquila. Tenía lo suficiente para cocinar y descansar.

El sofá-cama a mí juicio hay que cambiarlo porque como sofá se notaba la estructura metálica de la cama al estar sentado y como cama el colchón se notaba muy fino, deformado e incluso algo roto por los lados. Mis hijas son pequeñas y no se han quejado pero no lo veo para adultos. Detalles para mejorar que no son un problema, es que no había percheros en los baños para colgar ropa o toallas ni gel de baño.
