Size was good and location as well. Has option of garage resnt in building and can sleep 3 easy, but recommended for 2. If you use sofa bed as we did ask host to make it as we were unable to open it. Good communication with host.

Upstairs baghroom and room have no rubbish bin and bed is too soft and uncomfortable as result. Garage rent 15eur "a day" but you get kicked out at 11am as you need a key to get out of garage and key lives in flat. As you usually would arrive after 3pm or 7pm in oir case, so re t should have beene cheaper for last day. Location of grage spot is also unclear so had to go twice to check if we left car at correct level. It cheaper to leave car on stteet or proper garage location especially if you plan tp stay longer ghen 11am last day. We also had a girl, who I think was a cleaner arrive at 1045 so had to rush and leave even earlier.

La prima cosa che ci è piaciuto e sicuramente aspetto estetico del appartamento ,due bagni ,uno con la doccia e altro con l'idromassaggio, accessoriato per ogni esigenza ,ferro da stiro ,lavatrice,lavastoviglie ,macchinetta per il caffè, stoviglie necessarie ,anche le ciotole per gli animali domestici Appartamento e vicino alla fermata dei autobus dove passano vari collegamenti, città n 94, spiaggia malvarosa 19 ,molto comodo Appartamento dispone di garage con un supplemento, Proprietaria gentile ,disponibile e molto paziente

La porta d'ingresso è unica cosa che mi è piaciuta poco ,non mi dava tanta sicurezza essendo di vetro e piano terra ,ma questo forse è mio problema

La ubicación junto al paseo del Turia, el confort del apartamento las camas muy cómodas, la cocina todo a mano y la comunicación fue excelente muy amables.

Es war alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Auch der Whirlpool funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Lage ist perfekt für Erkundungen in Valencia.

Good location by the Turia Gardens, 5 mins from the Palau de la Música and walkable to Central Valencia city and the Arts & Science park too. Worked well for family of 4 as long as 2 are ok on the sofabed. Pleasant space to stay.

Boiler wasn't on when we arrived - worked out how to reset it but it's capacity is too small for 4 people if everyone wants a hot shower! We didn't try the jacuzzi as didn't want to risk using up all the hot water.

Great location, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Gulliver park is less than 5 mins away! The host is nice and willing to help (although communication is is Spanish mostly)

The parking spot is difficult to find (the apartment is not so easy to find either) and without speaking Spanish it is even harder 😅 the water pressure in the shower was not high, so we didn't even think about using the hot tub.

Nice and positive owners. Location is very good, quite closely to the park - only 3 mins to Gulliver! Apartment is ok for 4 people, and there are 2 bathroom, what is a great plus.

The cleanliness could have been better

Shower was tiny and the hot tub didn’t have enough hot water to enjoy it properly.
