Beautiful design, comfortable and great location! (Specially if you’re going to the marathon :))

Shower was a bit small but the jacuzzi compensated :)

Loft is amazing, with good furniture and nice decoration. Location is wonderful. Two toilets one ground floor another one at the mezzanine level. Air-conditioning working really good and in both levels. Spacious bathrooms and Oil, salt, coffee and water for the first day provided by the hostes.

Just small things that were no totally esencial for us at that moment but could have make it 100 percent perfect, like: There were some winter covers in the closet a bit smelly, fortunately temperature in Valencia was hot and we didn't need to use them. As well it was missing some cuvettes for making ice in the freezer. Floor had a bit of dust. The Jacuzzi was not sealed at the bottom and some water was going outside.

2bathrooms, airconditioning,parking place, enough space and nice decoration of the flat even 2 bikes at our disposition. All was nice and good, thank you!

Very good location, clean and has all the amenities you need.

The shower was very small. Even my wife (who is 5'6") struggled to shower in there. The hot tub is a nice addition, but there wasn't enough hot water to fill it.

Location is really super. Near the Gulliver playground and park od sciences. A lot of restaurants and cafes in neighborhood. Beautiful design and nice big jacuzzi.

It wasn't easy to find the apartment. Unfortunately, the instructions were not obvious. I wish there was a kettle to boil water. The garbage cans were without bags. We did not find any tablets for the dishwasher. There was no toilet brush on the second floor. It was quite cold on the first floor, the air conditioner warmed only the second floor. Sleeping on the couch is not very comfortable, but the bed is good.

brand new flat decorated with taste. Super spacious! location is nice, 15-20 walk from Ruzafa and city of science. Lovely Italian just in front. Two bathroom is a plus. Patricia is a very responsive and though we didn’t meet her, she answered our queries very quickly.

A few hick ups: the towels were nicely folded but mostly wet, the coffee machine is broken, there is a jacuzzi but water was not super hot and when we tried to have a shower there was no hot water anymore. Missing dish detergent. These can be all adjusted in the next stays.
