Terrible place, terrible manager, we had booked on booking.com He wanted to charge us 50% more than our booking amount, and when we refused he rudely refused to check in and almost kicked us out!! Also terrible hotel, location, and vibe.

I REACHED THERE WITH MY FAMILY AT 10:30, (NAGPUR TO BENGALURU), I ASKED THE STAFF TO ALLOW ME TO WAIT IN WAITING AREA TILL 12 AM, BUT THE STAFF DID NOT ALLOW US AND ASKED US TO STAY OUT OF HOTEL TILL 12 AM. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
