"Nice hotel with Great location"

The hotel was great and very comfortable. I found the staff to be very courteous and attentive to customers need. Excellent service...keep it up and well done!! The hotel has very central location and was convenient for me as business traveller.

"Honeymoon Tryst!!!"

Before we were married we had spent many a morning and afternoon in the Venue in main lobby of hotel, where we were always treated royally. We decided to stay in Hotel after we were married...our EXPERIENCE was astounding...the hotel team worked cohesively to provide us with a very personal and touching EXPERIENCE!!! They were all observative to our needs and went beyond the call of duty to add beautiful touches to our days at the Hotel...eg... a splendid cheesecake personalized for our honeymoon, fruit tray, towels shaped on bed as swans, help with viewing our wedding photos on computer...attentive to our needs in our room. Over all a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE!!! We will be back to stay for a weekend getaway here and there.

"Don't call me..."

It's a perfectly nice hotel. It is a little bit odly overstaffed (eg 5 minutes after checking in and settling into my room, the phone rang with someone asking if I was "enjoying my stay". After 5 minutes, it was hard to to answer that question other than by saying "please don't call my room again." But the pool was a lovely place for a morning swim and the room was nice and spacious.

The hotel itself is excellent, but what sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. I have never been at a hotel or everyone, and I mean everyone, was so kind, thoughtful and helpful.

"Wonderful place to stay"

From the moment of arrival the staff were wonderful. The room was excellent (Horizon Club Room) and the restaurant had a fantastic selection of food. The hotel is an excellent example of the ‘gentility’ of a bygone era - beautiful furnishings, wonderful staff and delicious food. One slight inconvenience was the Horizon Club Room - fantastic views of the city but otherwise lacking in the usual ‘Club’ facilities.
