Monaco Motel - Wildwood Beach & Boardwalk

1. Stairs leading to the second floor: carpeted, shredded, horribly filthy & disgusting. Railing at 2nd level very loose and dangerous. 2. Bathtub had not drained in at least several days. Filmy ring all around tub at several levels. Apparently "room service" does not clean very well because how could you not see seberal inchews of filthy water in the tub? If you missed this then what else did you NOT CLEAN?? Took "maintenance" almost 5 hours and 3 separate visits to the office to get the tub drained and cleaned. Gentleman on the 1st floor stated he had to go to the 2nd floor in a vacant roonm to shower? SERIOUSLY???/ 3. Person managing the front desk was almost impossible to understand and was totally not concerned about the room's condidtion or our comfort. 4. I hope Booking.com and other travel sites remove this property from advertising. We will NEVER stay there again.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff and owners were very pleasant and helpful. Downfall... no chairs, tables, and very small bathroom.

the location was great. Near the boardwalk. the room was dated and in need of some renovation. the door had to be slammed to close, the bathroom was missing tiles, the toilet seat was chipped, the sink wasn't sturdy in the wall, the air conditioner was missing molding, the microwave was dirty, the refrigerator was missing shelves, the TV remote was missing batteries, i liked the floors and the beds were comfortable.

It was nice and Quite. Staff was nice and courtiers.
