Large room, good location, lots of tea and milk

Sofa bed not made up on arrival but this was quickly sorted out so no problem

We were given an annexe room with only a skylight. On a very hot day it cooked us. The glass door opened directly onto the pavement with passers-by constantly chatting so leaving that open wasn't an option. There was no fan or air conditioning. It was so hot we were contemplating sleeping on the bathroom floor.

There is no air conditioning. We had to request a fan but only one could be found. It was so hot we were offered extra water but it never arrived. Opening the door is impossible as it opens directly onto a busy road with the supermarket carpark directly opposite.

Large attractive room with good view of the harbour. Central for restaurants and walking the coast path.

Close to where we wanted to be cosy and comfortable

The tv antenna was broken and th close proximity to the supermarket with the transparent dishes on the door made keeping the curtains open difficult

Situated right next to supermarket and entrance to carpark. Noisy, lacked natural light in room. Very exposed position. Scuff marks on walls. Mould in bathroom. Very poor experience. Mattress hard.

We stayed in Room 1 which had a lovely view out over the harbour. The room was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed, including a fridge and sofa. Communication with Elle was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
