Excellent location overlooking the harbour. We purposely booked room 2 for this view. Very pleased.

There wasn’t anything to dislike. All I will say is that the carpet in room 2 is a bit of a trip hazard.

Lack of information on arrival. Hotel was locked and no one was available. Had to go elsewhere to get our room key which took 20 minutes and then hunt around to find our room. Only breakfast available before 0900 had to be pre-booked for room delivery. Fresh breakfast only available from 0900 and then it took 10 minutes to produce hot drinks and 25 minutes to produce a fried breakfast. We were walking from Penzance to Falmouth over 4 days and so required a proper breakfast every morning. We were with a walking group who wanted to leave at 0930 but were delayed for 20 minutes until we had finished our breakfast (they were staying in a different location). Hotel staff appeared miserable. Would never stay there again.

Location was very convenient to every thing from parking to shopping restaurants bars and the beach also coastal walks

Camera accogliente, pulita e completa di prodotti per il bagno e di un bollitore per te/caffe. Posizione centrale, proprio di fronte al porticciolo.

Il personale del ristorante che ci ha fatto il check in è stato molto sbrigativo, senza nessuna informazione per il check out. La mattina del check out, il ristorante era chiuso e le chiavi non sapevamo a chi lasciarle. Siamo andati nel bar (sempre loro) a chiedere, ma non sapevano nulla. Alla fine le abbiamo lasciate nella cassetta di sicurezza fuori dalla nostra camera e abbiamo scritto un messaggio alla struttura

Loved the location right in the heart of Port Leven, Port Leven itself is absolutely beautiful and not spoilt yet. We eat at the restaurant and had a fab meal, staff were great, everything was clean.

We loved loved Port Leven and the restaurant and stay, however we stayed at a time when the weather was very hot, the room has glass doors to the front and only a velux window to bring any fresh air in. It was beyond hot and we asked for a fan but they didn't have one to give us, they did look for one but on check out no apology for our unfortunate lack of sleep. The lorries and noise started early but we needed to keep the velux open as it was so hot. Other than that the room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. I think they had gone out to buy fans for the rooms
