The room was very spacious and right in the harbour.

The room was very private and the breakfast excellent.

The accomodation was nice and clean.

The breakfast was too expensive and not as good as expected.

It was perfectly situated for a long weekend in Porthleven. The accommodation was to a high standard.

If there was anything I would ask as an improvement was the the remote control for the tv worked properly. An electric fan for those warmer, stuffier nights would be great as well.

Excellent position

Easy to find, quaint but with all you needed. A heated clothes dryer came in handy as we were walking the coastal path and needed things drying!

The room was very clean and had no carpet! It felt very modern.

The door was difficult to lock - and the room was right at the street with only a (milk-) glass wall between us and the street. Without drawing the curtains close, some passersby could have just stared at the bed through some clear glass fish-shapes.

Broken toilet seat , very noisy fridge ( turned it off over night ) cramped small room ,poor tea / coffee tray . Huge mugs ,tiny cafeteria,no biscuits. Replacement inferior hand soap in branded bottle
