Clean, well appointed room.

The accommodation is on the roadside and adjacent to a car park, both of which are busy and noisy well into the night.

Perfect location on the flat right by the harbour

Fantastic location. My room has views straight over the harbour right in the centre of Porthleven. The room was clean and large with a really comfortable bed.

The location is straight onto the road which meant that it was very noisy with cars driving past from early morning. The bathroom needed updating. The shower was electric and quite small and it looked a bit tired.

Comfortable bed. Clean. Lovely staff. Could to have wardrobe for storage.

Noisy location on a corner. Noisy fridge. Room to small for dressing table. Shower was low power.
