Luna Lodge with Hot Tub

Lovely location on the lake.

It would be nice to have a complimentary pack upon arrival, especially for those arriving on a Sunday when everywhere is shut. OR even a small charge for a starter pack of - washing up liquid, wash cloth, tea towel, WC paper, tea bags, coffee, milk. Or at least be told before hand that you need to bring these items with you as they are not provided on in the unit or on site. A curtain rail that obviously was not secured correctly fell down during the night hitting the person sleeping on the bed below it. Not a pleasant experience.

The property was spacious and very bright and airy.

Felt the property could have been a little cleaner when we arrived.

The property was in a great location to explore the surrounding areas and very spacious inside. There was 6 of us and our dog and there was plenty of room. The facilities onsite were also very good.

The only negatives I have is, My daughter slipped in the shower that is over the bath in the ensuit as there is no bath mat. She did hurt her back but was ok with just some slight bruising. You need to take ALL your supplies. None of the bathrooms had hand soap in, which I wasn’t expecting and they only provided 2 dishwasher tablets which isn’t enough for a 4 day stay. We also went out and bought some champagne flutes as there wasn’t any in the lodge.

Spacious Warm

Hot tub not working on night one and initially suggested when we called the helpline number to wait until morning, this wasn’t satisfactory, we said this and tried another number on the booking info, someone came but he just said it was his night off, so this really was a favour, he did sort it. But not really good enough and I have fed this back but no one has been in touch. Also there were it’s from a burst/ popped balloon by the bed in the main bedroom and part of a balloon still attached to the lounge wall , we assumed from the previous party

The hottub and lodge was lovely

The lodge wasnt cleaned properly and we paid extra for a birthday banner and balloons which were no more than £5 worth and was rushed no effort at all and the price was ridiculous for what we recieved

Lovely lodge, clean and tidy. Very comfortable, any problems staff sorted immediately.

Tv signal was poor. Lack of transportation like buses so you have to drive. But not the lodges fault.
