Waters Edge, Town house in Stourport-on-Severn

Very clean, modern and well furnished/decorated. We were very comfortable. Excellent kitchen diner. Great beds, lovely lounge and huge TV (NB use the firestick). Good location for visiting Worcester and Ludlow areas. Pretty handy for a big Tesco too, and plenty of pubs to walk to.

Excellent location; within easy walking distance to the Civic, where the event we travelled here for was held, to the town centre, the riverside walks, & the nearby large supermarket. Drive in, parking next to house, or walk in from the bus as we did. Pedestrian gate, with security code, to the harbour area, which was our daily route - shorter than going around via the vehicle entrance. Quiet estate. No noisy neighbours, nor late night visitors in the area to disturb our sleep. Warm cosy house, hot water; easy to find controls in kitchen sets the times, & thermostat in the living room sets the heating temperature. Really comfy beds, doubles in each of the 3 bedrooms. Loads of pillows on each bed, & spare blankets in the airing cupboard. Good facilities in ensure & main bathroom. Super comfy sofa in the living room, large TV. We didn't use the smaller downstairs living room/study area, but it's a great little secluded room to escape in for a while, with books etc. Great kitchen with large dining table, comfortable dining chairs, & everything you could possibly need (even egg cups). +Tea, herbal/fruit teas, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper. Very nice touch of milk in the fridge & biscuits to welcome us! Great communication from Angie, owner/host prior to visit. WiFi set up & password correct. We've been here before, last year, & this is our choice in the area, so we will undoubtedly return

An observation only, not a complaint. We were probably being daft, but we couldn't get the TV to connect to a basic terrestial channel for the news. Seemed to be connected to a firestick but we didn't know how the remote controls worked. We were hardly in there anyway so not a real problem. We did eventually get iplayer but one false move to up the volume resulted in it disappearing, while we struggled to recall what buttons we'd pressed to get it in the first place. Some instructions would be helpful - everything else just fine, or intuitive enough.

Had a great stay in this townhouse which provided everything anyone could need. Well-equipped kitchen –diner for meals, with small TV room downstairs, nice sitting room with TV upstairs, 3 lovely bedrooms (one with ensuite) and a family bathroom. Everything was clean, warm, modern and well-appointed. Easy parking too. Pictures are a true representation of the high quality of the townhouse. Great secure location near town and the narrow-boat marina, and Angie, the host, was friendly and very helpful.

No negatives – everything was perfect

Very well equipped; good location - we were visiting family - and for accessing town facilities, it’s near the canal basin which is scenic and lovely for walking around; quiet; very comfortable beds - lovely sleep! Contemporary decoration; warm and welcoming.

The en-suite shower will benefit from an upgrade. Everything else is great!

Spacious , clean and house owner friendly and helpful. We had everything in the house we could have wanted . Nice parking area , lovely little garden . Quiet residential area and so close to all shops and river walks and canal
