Very spacious property, beautiful outdoor space

A well presented property in a good location. Had all the facilities we could need. Very clean and neat. Recommended

Probably not suitable to elderly with dodgy knees. No fault of the property but just to be aware. The mattresses were a little thin

House itself was first rate. Surroundings were wonderful.

Stairs became a slight issue for a couple of folks in my party, but that was a ‘them’ problem. The mattresses on the beds on the top floor were a little soft for a couple of folks in my party. Firmer mattresses would’ve been perfection. TV channels were ok.

Couldn't really fault anything but one of our friends cut their leg and we needed a plaster Couldn't fine a first aid box.

Responsive host, beautiful house, well located near the river and city Center

Clean, tidy, beautifully decorated and great location everything you needed in walking distance Angie was more than helpful and allowed us to drop our luggage off at 10am so we could get to our family wedding on time without having to leave our bags in the car. She very kindly offered us the opportunity to stay the night before too which we would have loved but we had hair appointments etc booked near home so couldn’t- fabulous prompt communication- Angie is just lovely There was a variety of teas, coffee and milk provided too. Shampoo, conditioner , body wash and hairdryer was a plus. Plenty of games to play and a huge TV with all channels Netflix etc Enchanting little outside space with tables and chairs to relax in. We ate at The Black Star on Sunday which is a quaint little pub 7 minutes walk down the canal - lovely food. The wharf, River, shops and fair were also just a short stroll away, as was a lovely Tesco superstore. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved everything - nothing negative

Great location.The house is attractively decorated and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The owner is very helpful and keen to make this a wonderful stay.
