Very clean ideal set up for grandparents and family of four

There are two flights of stairs to access the bedrooms and lounge. Which is common but elderly folk might struggle

Great location within walking distance of shops, eateries and the lovely canal basin and river area. The house has everything you need and set over 3 floors is very spacious. Comfy beds and good showers. Huge TV in the very comfortable upstairs lounge was a bonus. Kitchen very well equipped including dishwasher and fridge freezer. Nice little outdoor area too. Angie was communicating with us from the start and on hand by text if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

One of the bed frames was extremely noisy every time you moved.

The bedrooms are all of really good size, + plenty of space to hang clothes & place possessions, & all with super comfy double beds! Nice to have the ensuite shower room for the main bedroom. The upstairs bathroom is perfect too, + good to have the downstairs extra 3rd loo. Lovely soft fluffy towels, warm bedding, + pillows a-plenty of differing squashiness! There are even hooks on the bedroom & bathroom doors for dressing gowns etc (I'm always giving feedback about lack of those to hotels/b&bs)! The heating worked great, & the modern-build house is well insulated, so it retained heat & heated up quickly, on what was probably the coldest nights in March we'd ever experienced in Stourport! Plenty of equipment/crockery in the spacious kitchen/diner. We didn't even use the wifi, so can't comment on that, nor the living room, as we were out all day, & evening, but the TV is enormous & we could have spent a very pleasant evening all together in there. We noticed the good variety of books on the shelves in the front room too, & appreciated all the local info supplied. The location is fab, as Tesco, & the High St. are only a few mins walk away, as is the lovely landscaped riverside basin area. There is parking but we came by train & bus, & it's not far to walk from the stops. All in all, we wanted for nothing!
