"Out of season Jungle stay"

The location of the property is amazing. It’s walking distance to the Palenque ruins and it’s in the middle of the jungle so you can see all types of animals around including the howler monkeys.

We came in a period that apparently was out of season so not all of the facilities were functional. The resort is outdated, but functioning. Our biggest grievance was that the dinner prices were astronomical. Also, there were a lot of strict and weird rules in place that made us feel like we were criminals.

Smuk beliggenhed i junglen. Stedet er lidt mere slidt end vist på billederne. Det er ærgerligt, at man ikke har f.eks. flaskevand eller lignende til fri afbenyttelse, fordi man er langt væk fra indkøbsmuligheder. Det samme med f.eks. en lille kiosk. Det kunne vi godt have brugt, da vi er en familie med børn. Restauranten, der er på stedet, er meget middelmådig. Personalet er dog generelt virkelig søde.

"Prachtig verblijf"

Geweldige plek, mooi zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Midden in de jungle tussen de natuur en brulapen. Vlakbjj de maya tempels en het stadje.

De bedden waren erg hard. Het restaurant is lekker maar echt heel duur.

Los recepcionistas (hombres) pésimos. Llegué temprano por los problemas de las carreteras, y me cobraron $800.00 pesos más por mi habitación. Me contaron mentiras de que no tenían habitaciones limpias y el hotel estaba casi vacío, una señorita me quiso dar un habitación sin costo y esos muchachos no quisieron.

El trato en la recepción pésimo.
