Todo muy bien, el servicio en el restaurante super bien, alexis, moises entre otros, las habitaciones comodas y agradables.. esperamos regresar pronto.. gracias chan kah♡

El estacionamiento, muy poco espacio. Lo demas todo super bien.

Viel Natur, Affen Agutis, schöne Poolanlage

Zugang zum tiefen Pool zum Schwimmen hat keine Leiter oder Treppe, man kann nur über spitze Steine klettern. Für weniger bewegliche Menschen unmöglich, bzw. zu gefährlich.

Wunderschöne Lage, Poolanlage, Bungalow

Qualität des Essens im Restaurant war sehr schlecht, lieblos und überteuert . Es war das schlechteste Essen das wir auf unserer vierwöchigen Reise erlebt haben.

Was für eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Die kleinen Hütten sind total gemütlich, man hat das Gefühl, mitten im Wald zu sein. Am Morgen begrüßen einen dann die Brüllaffen. Das Essen war super lecker und das ganze Team vor Ort super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

"Nice and green ressort with nice pool but extremely overpaid restaurant."

Very nice ressort, just a view hundret meters from the entrance to the park with the famous Maya ruins. The ressort is very green, the pool is beautiful and you can her wild monkeys roaming around.

The restaurant is far overpriced, thus it was nearly empty all the time. You can have food in any nearby restaurant for a third of the price in the same or even better quality. A capuccino in the starbucks café in the ressort was € 8,20. If the restaurant wozuld only cost 30% more than the restaurants outside, we would have eaten there more than once. But it´s rather 200% more. There is also no fridge in the room, probably to make people consume the overpaid drinks from the bar. We bought ice and drinks in the supermarket...

The location and the pool are great Overall a nice hotel but it needs to be brought back to the present

Rooms are dated. Not a single electrical outlet close in the sleeping area, just in the bathroom. The pool /restaurant area play loud music non stop from 8 in the morning to 10.30 pm The food is simply awful and expensive.

"Amazing In the middle of the jungle and next door to the pyramides"
