"Aussergewönhnliche Hotelanlage inmitten vom Dschungel."

Die Unterkunft sowie die gesammte Hotelanlage waren sehr sauber. Am Pool konnte man entspannt verweilen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker.

Der Resort ist etwas ausserhalb der Stadt. Zu Fuss ca. 20 Minuten. Es gibt jedoch viele Taxis.

Un entorno único, rodeado de verde , mucha naturaleza ,y sonidos animales

Poca disposición de los empleados para solucionar problemas ( llegas con Muchas maletas y te dejan buscar la habitación por tu cuenta ) No tiene frigobar Cama con colchón y almohadas incómodas Precios muy elevados en el restaurante ( en comparación con el resto de México )

Walking distance to the ticket booth of the Archaeological site. Nice lush grounds. Nice restaurant but with “resort” prices. Easy to arrange tours but, as expected, more expensive than if you do it downtown Palenque. Nice pool, but a bit too cold for my taste.

The bathroom had a foul smell. The floors can’t get cleaned properly because they are made of stone. Which means your feet will get dirty if you walk barefoot in your room

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung der Pyramiden. Ebenfalls gefallen hat die naturnahe Bebauung der Bungalows, zahlreiche Tiere schauen im Laufe des Tages vorbei.

Das Personal war sehr zurückhaltend und an der Rezeption gab es beim Einchecken kaum Informationen. Beim Auschecken kam man sich fast wie ein Verbrecher vor, als der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter extra andere Mitarbeiter beauftragte, nachzuschauen, ob im Bungalow noch alle Handtücher vorhanden sind oder andere Sachen auffällig waren.
