When we arrived at the property, they didn’t give us the room I have booked! We had a five year old with us and they expected us to leave him in a room on his own down the corridor. I originally booked a family room with our own Toilet. This wasn’t provided.

Where to start?? Let’s just say a full legal complaint is currently being written up because it was the worst experience my entire party have ever had.
GBPerfect location, close.to shops, legoland, was very quiet. Large room for 2 adults and 2 children.

It was very awkward. It’s a room at the top of someone’s house. When you walk into the property you walk into a hallway of someone’s home and it’s super awkward
