Dirty, was not as described, strange room set up, didn’t meet minimum cleanliness.

Online description and photos did not match or contain what laws listed. We were advised of a breakage with a gaming table which we understood, however what was there to use was not useable, pool ball missing, pool que missing just really Poor

Not the correct room that we booked the staff was not organised and messed stuff up The room smelled of smoking even know that it is forbidden , the rooms were run down with pieces falling a part

Comfortable bed, quiet neighbourhood, helpful host.

25-30 minute walk from town/castle but location is made clear.

The location is near to attractions

The place is untidy. There are no basic toiletries such as tissues and towels. I need to message the host just to provide some. The utensils, mugs, and glasses were not even cleaned and there are loads of spiders that we need to get rid off.

Property cancelled reservation as we arrived at Legoland. After a 2hr drive we contacted the property to confirm identification and obtain the PIN code for entry. We were told that the property were no longer able to host due to unforeseen circumstances and to contact OYO for a refund. 3 weeks later we STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND!

Trading standards have been cancelled in order to receive refund due to property telling Booking.com that WE CANCELLED AT SHORT NOTICE!!!

Good , but no towels, need to bring your one.
