Condo near Ayala Cebu City w Wifi Balcony

It was great location, very nice inside and good value for the room. I liked that there was a washing machine and lot of hangers to be able to hang laundry out on the balcony plus the two mini washing lines provided at the balcony

It wasn’t dirty however it didn’t seem clean mainly the bathroom just as it had a smell coming from it and looked like it need a scrub down in the shower as there was a bit of mould forming, and the air vent was dusty. The bathroom was mainly the only issue with the property we enjoyed everything else. The hotel check in staff were rude and were not very welcoming during the stay.

Nothing, didn’t stay

As soon as we walked in we noticed a foul smell and bugs crawling everyone around the property. There was also only 1 double bed although the listing stated 1 double bed and 1 single which we required for a 3 ppl booking. When I contacted the property manager, they informed me that I must be mistaken and incorrectly booked as there is only 1 double bed - even though I was able to book for 3 people and they had listed 1 double bed and 1 single bed. After a while, they then changed the story to say that there is a pull out bed underneath the double bed (which was a futon - not a bed), however this was on the ground where all the bugs were running around. In regards to the bugs, they said there is bug spray in the cabinet and to spray it. Mind you, this is a 3x3 space and a cleaning fee is included in the booking which would make me expect that the room would be clean and bug free upon arrival. After asking for an alternative solution, they informed me that there is none and to contact booking.com. After I did, booking.com informed me that the property must agree to issue a full refund which they have not despite the listing being both false and unclean. Please do not book this place unless you want to live in a filthy room and have issues with a refund. We ended up booking another property as this place is unliveable and I usually stay in hostels without any issues which says a lot about this property.

Its clean and cozy

The condo had nice amenities like hotels i.e. pool, gym and restaurant on the roof.

It’s being advertised for 4 guests but should only be for 2 adults. There is a foul sewage smell emanating from the bathroom. Covering it with air freshener does not help. There’s cockroaches roaming the condo. I have killed at least 3 each night I stayed there. All the faucets and shower are rusting and definitely needs to be replaced

The only positive point was that the staff at the lobby on the first floor assisted us with check-in and check-out.

This was the worst accommodation of our trip. The room had a strong pesticide smell that gave us headaches, and cockroaches were crawling on the floor and curtains. I caught four, but they kept appearing. The pots and pans provided were unusable, and the bed sheets looked clean and white in the photos but were actually brown in reality, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. It was a very disappointing and terrible experience. A property in this condition should not be hosting guests. I am leaving this review so that other travelers do not have to go through the same ordeal.

The ambiance of the place (most especially the reception hall) is good and relaxing.

The unit where we stayed is not recommended for a 4 adult-stay. It's too small, even if we move around, mahirap. It's merely a small room and a tiny kitchen, far beyond the pics provided. But still, I'm thankful to the host for accommodating us here.
