New Year’s Eve Policy Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests exceeding the maximum room occupancy, including children, will be charged separately. Getting Here Tonsai Beach is part of the Railay Peninsula and is accessible by boat only, due to the surrounding limestone mountains. Transfer Options (Rates Available Upon Request) 1. Local Minivan Service Airport transfers are available to Ao Nang Pier / Klong Ying Sua Pier and Ao Nam Mao Pier. 2. Local Longtail Boat Service from Ao Nang Pier / Klong Ying Sua Pier to Tinidee Hideaway Tonsai Beach Krabi Joint Boat Service (minimum 8 passengers), available from 08:00 – 17:00 hrs Private Boat Service: (Rates may vary according to the time of service.) Before 18:00 hrs Between 18:00 – 19:00 hrs Between 19:00 – 21:00 hrs Between 21:00 – 22:00 hrs 3. Local Longtail Boat Service from Ao Nam Mao Pier (In case of high tide or strong winds) Joint Boat Service: Drop-off at Railay East. Guests will then need to arrange a local longtail boat from Railay East to Tinidee Hideaway Tonsai Beach Krabi (available from 08:00 – 16:00 hrs). Private Longtail Boat Service: Direct transfer from Ao Nam Mao Pier to Tinidee Hideaway Tonsai Beach Krabi, available from 08:00 – 17:00 hrs. For safety and security reasons, if weather conditions are clear and the sea is calm, the resort recommends guests plan their journey to arrive before 17:00 hrs, if possible. Important Notes Transfer fees are payable directly to the driver or boat captain. The resort does not operate its own boat or van services. However, we are pleased to assist guests by coordinating with trusted local service providers to ensure smooth and convenient transfers. The place was fabulous, for those who love nature away from the crowd , yet everything is around you,and all activities can be done ( kayaking , rock climbing , jungle trail, snorkeling near by island The bar near the cliff and beach view restaurant, the free breakfast - staff are extremely friendly and very helpful The place is just amazing Thank you very much

Nothing - just the room cleaning needed a bit of attention but overall i am very happy

Alles perfect 👌🏽 Hou wel rekening dat je met de longtail boot wordt gedropt en afgehaald dus waterschoenen zijn handig 😉

Красивое место с ужасным сервисом и смогом. Таиланд уже не тот.Плюсы:Очень красивое, сказочное место.Отличная служба поддержки Booking.com, которая помогла восстановить справедливость.В качестве компенсации за проблемы с заселением дали бесплатные каяки.Минусы:Обман с заселением: Забронировали дорогой номер на первой линии с видом на море (переплатили за это приличную сумму). При заселении дали совершенно другой номер. На ресепшене вели себя хамски, спорили, доказывали, что номер правильный, и винили во всем Booking.com.Проблема решилась только частично: После вмешательства поддержки Booking.com нам все-таки дали наш номер, но с условием, что на последнюю ночь придется переселяться в другой домик.Ужасный сервис и общение: Отношение персонала к клиентам просто кошмарное.Невыносимый дым и смог: Каждый день, когда мы возвращались с экскурсий, вся бухта и территория отеля были в густом дыму. Персонал отеля постоянно что-то жёг. Дым проникал сквозь щели в домиках, окна закрыть было невозможно из-за плохой изоляции.Вред для здоровья: Весь вечер, ночь и утро стоял жуткий смог. Из-за этого сильно разболелась голова, началась рвота. Вся одежда, волосы и постельное белье насквозь пропитались гарью.Общее впечатление:Любая поездка начинается с выбора ночлега, и мы буквально «купили красивые фотографии», но с самого начала всё пошло не так. Место действительно сказочное, но из-за отвратительного сервиса, обмана и постоянного удушливого дыма отпуск был испорчен. Не уверена, стоит ли сюда приезжать. Очень жаль, но Таиланд уже не тот.

"Such a private lovely stay"

Felt like we were in Jurassic park, the hut was sooo private and so nice, staff were excellent and the place was very beautiful would defo recommend.
