Le cadre de l’hôtel est juste incroyable. Accessible par la mer, entouré de falaises calcaire et d’une végétation luxuriante cela donne un côté seul au monde. L’accès à Railey peut s’effectuer par un chemin à pied. Quelques restaurants locaux à proximité à découvrir absolument.

Fantastische plek, lekker eten, mooie huisjes.

Wat gebreken, muggendeur kapot, gordijn vrij kapot, leer van het bedframe kapot, dus overall mindere uitstraling dan verwacht voor deze prijs.

Las vistas, la tranquilidad, la paz, la naturaleza, el trato del personal, la ubicación. Una maravilla para desconectar y admirar en el lugar que estás.

Einzigartige und traumhafte Lage in der Bucht von Tonsai Beach. Ausblick vom Bungalow (Bett) aufs Meer ist fantastisch. Schöner einsamer Strand. Das Personal an der Rezeption, im Zimmerservice, beim Frühstück aber auch die Gärtner…...sind einfach alle super freundlich.

Die schöne Lage zieht natürlich auch sehr viele Instagrammer an. Mit Drohnen und Stativ bewaffnet, haben Sie keine Hemmungen, die Privatsphäre anderer Gäste zu stören. Leider liegt sehr viel Plastikmüll am Strand, der vom Hotel nicht eingesammelt wird.

The location is amazing. Very quite, chilled and lied back atmosphere. We were staying in the family apartment. It is much better than on the pictures. The first room with two single beds is good size as well as the other room with double bed. there is a sliding door in between those 2 rooms. The first room has beautiful view on the forest of palm trees behind the house and the double room on beautiful sea view. It was great to wake up to this view. The bathroom has 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is also great open space under the apartment with sofas and tv. I loved all the details that were making the whole place even more special, like swimming pool towels in the baskets, fresh flowers in toilets etc. The swimming pool is great and big enough for numbers of guest there. Very good breakfast, the food in the restaurant and the drinks from the bar were also very good. The hotel was great in organizing my pick up from the airport and transferring to the boat. All sorted for us, we didn't have to worry about anything. Driver was waiting for us on the airport and took as directly to the boat all at reasonable price. One day we went to Railay beach. There is plenty boats parked at the Tonsai beach waiting for customers, same on Railay beach when you want to come back. we have paid 300TBH for one way private trip.

We had cockroaches in the bathroom. I understand that this is to do with where the hotel is located, but maybe there could be something done to avoid those getting in. Bedrooms were fine, no issues.

A vista é, sem dúvida, o grande destaque da estadia. Provavelmente uma das mais bonitas que já tive, e o hotel está situado em um local privilegiado nesse sentido. É realmente um ponto forte difícil de ignorar. Fora isso, a experiência em termos de hospitalidade e localização foi apenas mediana, sem nada de particularmente memorável ou diferenciado.

A experiência começou de forma bastante frustrante já na chegada. Como a maré estava baixa, fomos obrigados a descer do barco com água na altura do joelho, em meio à lama, sem qualquer suporte da equipe do hotel. Tivemos que caminhar cerca de 600 metros carregando nossas malas, sem nenhuma estrutura adequada como deck ou acesso facilitado. Além disso, a comunicação foi difícil, já que muitos funcionários não falavam inglês, e não houve qualquer iniciativa de auxílio — tivemos que fazer várias idas e voltas com bagagens pesadas, tomando cuidado para não escorregar. Apesar de termos reservado uma das melhores acomodações, o quarto não apresentou nenhum diferencial além da vista. As instalações são bonitas mas nada de especial e carecem de manutenção. Nosso banheiro estava entupido e um dos chuveiros so tinha agua gelada, pedimos por manutenção e não aconteceu. De modo geral, o hotel aparenta falta de cuidado: áreas comuns com resíduos, jardim sem manutenção adequada e uma sensação geral de pouca conservação. O atendimento, embora educado, foi pouco prestativo. A equipe demonstra cordialidade, mas não há esforço real em proporcionar uma boa experiência ao hóspede. Um exemplo claro foi o funcionamento do restaurante, que abre apenas ao meio-dia. Passamos uma manhã inteira na piscina sem conseguir sequer pedir uma água ou um suco, pois não havia flexibilidade no serviço. A oferta gastronômica também deixa a desejar, especialmente no café da manhã, que pode ser bastante limitado para quem não está habituado à culinária asiática. Outro ponto crítico é o acesso e a localização. Não há informações claras de que o hotel só é acessível por barco, o que dificulta completamente a mobilidade. Não existem opções práticas para sair à noite ou visitar outras áreas, como Railay Beach ou Krabi, já que o hotel não oferece transporte próprio. Isso limita bastante a experiência para quem deseja explorar a região. No geral, o que salvou a estadia foi exclusivamente a vista.
