Bel emplacement des bungalows sur la plage, le tout est joliment construit avec une vue splendide. Le restaurant est charmant et qualitatif. Accès facile à Railey beach par un chemin un peu accidenté mais uniquement à marée basse. La présence de petits singes joueurs et charmants dans le jardin.

Bungalow un peu étroit même si confortable. L'arrivée sur la plage à marée basse est un enfer pour les pieds sur le cailloux et rochers . Plage peu baignable ce qui est quand même frustrant compte tenu du décor !

Amazing location and not to busy.

Aircon in the room was only in the bedroom so the rest of the hut was super hot all the time. The Air con in the bedroom was not powerful enough and would take hours to get to a descent temp. The room didn’t get cleaned on the first full day. I went to reception around 8am on the second day and asked for it to be cleaned returned to the room at 3pm and it hadn’t been cleaned. I ended up doing it myself. Requested towels and clean cups and emptied the bin from the bathroom which in that heat should really be done everyday as you can’t flush toilet paper. So our 3 day stay and the room was never cleaned by resort.

L’accessibilité de l’établissement est un point négatif. Les instructions fournies par l’hôtel (notamment le PDF pour l’accès en bateau) sont peu claires, ce qui nous a conduits à nous tromper à plusieurs reprises et à payer des trajets bien plus chers que nécessaire. Certaines informations importantes, comme le fait de devoir être plusieurs pour partager un bateau, ne sont pas précisées. De plus, l’arrivée sur l’île n’est pas pratique : il n’y a pas de quai pour accoster, ce qui oblige à débarquer directement sur la plage et à marcher avec ses bagages sur une certaine distance.

The booking was non refundable but we were never told that it will be additional $50 to reach the property by boat from the mainland. The hotel does not have their private boat which is unacceptable at the price point they are selling the room. Also, the management kept increasing the price for transfer from the beach to the hotel starting at $10 to $50(that we end up paying). And an additional $50 on the way back. so the room cost us almost $100 extra for 2 nights. When we asked for cancellation upon hearing about the transfer fees, we were told that we can cancel withou a refund. Water machine does not work.

Unbelievable views and a very tranquil place to stay for a relaxing few day away from all the local chaos. Staff were super friendly, food was really good!

Had a slight issue with the shower filling up but the hotel staff soon got it sorted straight away.

Best resort I’ve ever been too, amazing drinks and food. The comfiest bed, most gorgeous veiw in southern Thailand. Staff were friendly, we saw monkeys and went kayaking 10/10 experience
