Friendly staff, great service.

Hotel is a bit 'tired'.

Everything was great just one thing I didn't like

Would have preferred a fridge in my room

L’accès a la piscine après la marche était top! Et le petit déjeuner était DÉLICIEUX!

On entendait beaucoup ce qui se passait dans la chambre à côté mais comme on avait nos bouchons pour dormir ça ne nous a pas dérangé outre mesure.

Everything was okay

The room was right down loads of stairs, we should have said we weren't not very mobile. But we last stayed in a room up one flight, which was doable, hadn't realised rooms were there. Marks on carpet, eye level outside, so curtains had to be shut The door to the pool was out of order, so access was outside all round the building, had booked a massage, if I had known I wouldn't have booked. Food was okay, but fish very greasy the it went into the chips underneath the fish. No water to drink in room 1 pack of biscuits for double room

It was in a good location to what I was doing. The facilities on offer where great.

The only things that I would like to point out is the desert menu didn't have lot to offer and didn't have what I wanted and there was no biscuits in the room to enjoy whilst having a hot drink.

Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The water temperature in the shower was a bit tricky-either too cold or scalding hot! The breakfast was just ok, the kitchen seemed understaffed and could not keep up with the demand.

Spacious room, if the reception lady wasnt so rude it might have been different

The receptionist lady was extremely rude when we arrived....clearly didnt like us hikers....The long walk to our room was so hot, all the heating on in the corridors, up & down so many steps with our all our bags was a mission. Really heavy door to room. Outdated room.
