Personnel peu accueillant notamment au restaurant avec un personnel passif et nonchalant.

Staff were friendly, bedding clean.

Room was in desperate need of a make over!!! Bathroom had damp issues on ceiling, walls and window. Bedroom ceiling had a huge water mark and on one of the walls. Can't believe they are charging the money to stay in one of these horrible, unsightly rooms.

Perfect for west highland way well situated ,clean,friendly.

Hotels was a bit to warm .Not a bad thing for alot of people. But it was for me.

The courtyard and room being located on bottom floor enabling access for dog to get out for toilet.

The pillows in room were flat as a pancake all 4 of them, the room was missing the pet accessories that other rooms had such as blanket,bowls and food mat. Advertised as pet friendly however pets not allowed in the restaurant instead you can eat in the conservatory which is away from the restaurant and exposed to seating area for bar, I found this extremely uncomfortable as a solo traveller with dog I was isolated, table wasn't set up and waited 15 min for a waiter to place my order before going back to restaurant to place my order to the staff. Not only that but I felt exposed whilst eating due to others sitting in the bar/lounge area who were coming into the conservatory and taking chairs to sit on in the lounge area.Dinning experience was not pleasant at all.
