"freezing cold, horrible stay"

We had an awful experience, its freezing and they control the heating remotely its a joke, never again, therefore every score is 1, they are bullies, freezing cold everyday, l have messages as proof

Very neat and compact house with all facilities.Location was reasonable for bus to centre of Glasgow. The area was residential and fairly quiet

The kitchen was a little small but well equipped.
