Great location, a little home from home

Nothing to be negative about, it was lovely

Reasonable accommodation

We were bombarded with 16 emails at the point of booking. 15 of which were completely unnecessary. We were forced to download an app in order to check-in and provide unnecessary information. Very annoying and a waste of time. Don't expect a quick process if you book.

Access complicated. Trip hazards. Lighting in the living/dining room was very harsh. Bedroom light broken. Not very clean - with mould. Coffee pot for one, not 4!

The property was clean and big enough for a few people. We rented a car, and free parking was provided in front of the property. Communication with the host was easy.

We felt the property was very cold with a toddler during the day and night. The heating was set automatically at certain hours and could be adjusted only by contacting the host. The heating in the bedrooms was very low compared to the living room. We thought the radiators were smaller for the size of the bedrooms. Whenever we wanted the heating to be adjusted, the host was easily contactable.

Great location spacious and clean owners very responsive

We stayed in December and the house was really cold through the night The owners was quick to correct the heating they do share a heating schedule so make sure you look at this before arriving. Also from the moment I booked I got so many emails booking notifications and txt messages it was a a big to much. Lastly there is a noise metre i didn’t read it in policies but I’m a very loud spoken person and it did make me feel anxious incase I set it off Had I read this before booking I don’t think I would have booked x
