The Nelson - Spacious City Property and Free Parking

A lakás pontosan olyan, mint a képeken. Nagyon szép, tágas, modern. Az ágyak kényelmesek. A bejutás többlépcsős, de világosak az instrukciók. Jól felszerelt ház.

Kicsit kellemetlen szag fogadott a nappaliban, mintha dohányoztak volna bent. Kicsit sok volt a bogár a bejáratnál (pók, pincebogár, hangya) de mivel földszinti, ezért ez előfordulhat. A zuhany-megoldás meglehetősen érdekes, kicsit rövid. Fura volt, hogy a kertbe csak a ház megkerülésével, kívülről lehetett csak kijutni.

Free parking. Spacious for a family of three, much better than staying in a hotel. Close to Glasgow Green, which is great for walks and kids. Plenty of clean towels and bedding. Large TV, comfortable living room. Check-in/out instructions were detailed and helpful.

The kitchen could have been cleaner. Some of the cupboards were greasy, pots rusty and dirty. There were some expired condiments in the cupboard. The bag of coffee was left open. The bathroom had visible black mould and the bathmat was mouldy. The rest of the house was cleaned to a good standard, but the bathroom and kitchen needed a deep clean. There aren't a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The tone of the communications could be better. Some of the emails read as owner-centric rather than customer-centric. There wasn't a welcome pack with fresh milk, which is common in holiday rentals. Not enough toilet paper and kitchen roll was provided.

Inconvenient location; the closest public transportation is within a 10-minute walk. We had to Uber to the centre. The hosts sent too many messages but were not friendly. There are lots of house rules. Beds were comfy but I think they have bed bugs - I got bitten both nights we stayed there.
