Faulty lighting

Great location and spacious space.

Uncomfortable bed, lack of furnishings in the apartment (entry way and bathroom) hooks, only one couch, and cold apartment (heat wasn’t turned on).

Excellent location

Our only suggestion is to improve the lighting in the dining area. I had to do some computer work one night and struggled with the poor lighting. Otherwise wonderful apartment. We donated 2 umbrellas we no longer needed😆

Loved the location and the styling. Gorgeous spot.

Shower was clogged with a lot of hair from past guests. Invisible and unnoticed (due to shower grates tile) except that the water wouldn't/couldn't drain. I was forced to deal with it or, let water go into the entire bathroom. For 300 euro a night my shower should be in good working order. I also think that the keys could be more convenient. I'm not accustomed to running around to deal with logistical pieces that should be handled by the business. I handled it, but think this detail could be more considerate of the clients. Otherwise... I loved everything

The location was excellent! This was the main reason for our booking, alongside the space that the apartment offered. Neither of these aspects disappointed us! You couldn’t ask for a better spot! Unlike other apartments in Como, this one is set-back from the main roads, hidden in a quiet corner away from the crowds and the early morning bin collection and restaurant delivery vans.

The bathroom has room for improvement. The shower especially smelt a bit damp and the wooden flooring was loose and rocked when you stood on it. The floor in the bathroom has water damage and had been hastily covered by a table - although not critical to our stay, it did contribute to a feeling of a lack of care and cleanliness. The lighting was terrible and appeared to be unfinished? To be honest we weren’t sure if it was safe to use.

Location was great, spacious apartment , very clean. Great communication with owner.
