Super location. Host followed up to make sure we got all the arrival/checkin instructions.

Excellent location, quiet flat, quality kitchen

Totally overpriced for what it is. The flat is not looked after. The terrace is bare and depressing with a dead tree. Things are falling apart (bathroom door handle kept coming off, toilet seat was broken). And when we requested for basics such as dishwasher tablets, tea towels and a sponge for kitchen, we were politely asked to make our way to the supermarket.

The location was perfect! A dozen restaurants just steps from the front door.

Could have used some window treatments for privacy. The lighting in the kitchen and great room could be better.

The location was perfect. Right in piazza Alessandro Volta. Walk out the door and ten restaurants right in front of you. Walking distance to everything you’d want to do in como town. Nice to have a private outdoor space. For some reason I understood the terrace to be facing out towards the water. It wasn’t. But still nice to have. The main bedroom bed was a king though quite hard. Our three kids had a double pull out sofa bed and they brought a single sofa bed in. They weren’t very comfortable for them but there was a lot of space on the main living area/kitchen for them to at least spread out and have room. Very responsive property manager. We had an AC leak and they were out to fix it right away!

Beds weren’t comfortable. Bathroom was big and updated but quite dark.

The customer service is good, prompt and flexible, the apartment is beautiful with good location in the centre and near to the train and ferry station. We definitely love it!

The apartment was a great size in a lovely building accessed off a fabulous piazza with wine bars and restaurants not far from the Como Train station. I coordinated a lot with the property prior to arriving and they were extremely helpful. The size of the apartment was perfect - great kitchen, dining, big bathroom and lovely bedroom. well appointed laundry. The open plan living area was cute. The property has a terrace which we didn't use because it was cold when we were there. Could not have been happier with the property and the location. We felt really safe and the property was super quiet.
