Shades of Como with Private Terrace by Rent All Como

1. The process is complicated, to get the key from another building few blocks away to the property. It's hard for tourists with luggages, why can't the keys be within the property or on the same building? 2. The photos online does not reflect to the actual condition of the apartment. It was not kept well. From damaged ironing board, to uncleaned and dusty fan, poor indoor lighting and the like. 3. Worst, this morning. It's torrential down pour and the location at Piazza Alessandro Volta is flooded. We asked help to the Rent All Como WhatsApp, for alternatives to return the keys and if they can book taxi for us. None of those was rendered, instead they replied they cannot control the weather. Overall, the worst experience during our holiday in Italy, I won't recommend this place to others!

The location was a amazing and the facilitiy was cute

It’s a clean and fancy room.

We had 5 people in total and they only left 2 toilet paper rolls. I asked them for more because we are staying 3 nights in total and obviously it’s not enough. But they said you should go buy papers yourself. Also, I didn’t come for doing a “escape room”. I have to go to different location to pick up the key and all the instruction was long sentence and very very annoyed. I came for holiday not for solving the programs. And they ask private information so many times on line was also very annoyed.

Fantastically central. 200 yards from key safe collection point, which all ran seamlessly. Lovely apartment. Communication was brilliant. Would definitely return.

Would have rathered two Pillows . There were spare in the wardrobe, but no spare pillowcases.

Great ultra central location, with immediate access to market stores, restaurant, ferry connections, short walking distance to beaches or hiking trails. Very quiet at the same time.
