From the moment we walked into this property the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. It was overwhelming and immediately unpleasant. When we entered our room, things only got worse. The listing advertised the room as “soundproof”, which is completely untrue. We could clearly hear people downstairs shouting and screaming, making it impossible to relax. The room itself stank of cigarette smoke so badly that it was difficult to breathe. There were also multiple things broken throughout the room. The cleanliness was absolutely shocking — there was snot smeared on the walls, which was completely disgusting and unacceptable. The window was cracked, letting in freezing cold air all night. Later when we returned to the room to have dinner and go to sleep, we noticed the plates were covered in dust, clearly not cleaned. But the worst part was when we got into bed. As soon as we sat under the covers, we discovered glass on the bedsheets, which cut my leg. We immediately pulled the sheets off and found that the entire mattress was covered in shattered glass. It was genuinely dangerous and completely unsafe. This place raises serious concerns about both cleanliness and safety. We felt so unsafe that we had to check out in the middle of the night and pay for another place to stay. To make matters worse, the management initially refused to give us a refund, and we had to threaten further action before they finally processed it. Even then, they still had the audacity to charge a £25 fee. Absolutely shocking experience. Stay as far away from this place as possible

The electric door entry was a positive, spaces to hang coats, easier to say what wasn't to like!

where do I start.....front door latch was hanging off. Property was extremely hot with no way of cooling it down. Very small space with a large bed plus a single. The blinds were broken so didn't open or close. The window had a break in it & had been taped up. The "kitchen area" the cupboard door was hanging off, there was no kettle, there was 1 spoon & 1 knife, an assortment of plates/bowls, We couldn't find a plug socket close enough to plug the microwave in, without rearranging the room. The shelf on the wall was hanging off. The tv was set to the loudest setting - which when we turned it on after 9pm, could've woken the dead! The bathroom had no toilet roll, the seat was lose & dangerous to sit on plus the shower fittings were hanging off. We tried phoning the contact, one number rang out unanswered, the other was an answer phone, a message was left, we also whatsapped them, we have had no response at all. Needless to say, we didn't stay, we had to find alternative accommodation at 9.30pm! Shocking!

The location was perfect the beds were comfortable shower was working great

No curtains light in the morning was horrible Cupboards were hanging off Not enough plug sockets It said online that there was a smart tv and it was false advertisement

My daughter and grandchildren enjoyed thier stay
