No Wifi they saying it sound proof It was not. no bins outside to put food waste, blocked sink manger saying will send someone ASAP but never happened.

Property was perfect space and lovely and clean and really felt like your own room at home.

Property was clean and comfortable.

We had issues from the minute we booked to stay here. We booked a family for for 4 adults. Payment is taken via a link which does not accept PayPal. I therefore requested to send via bank transfer. The room which we booked included 2 double beds and 1 single bed. When we entered our room, we had 1 double bed and 1 single bed. I called the manager and he advised there had been a misunderstanding. I asked if we could be moved to the room in which we paid for and he told us that this had been booked already. We were offered a room with 1 double bed and a bunk bed. We took the offer as 2 single beds was better than 1 single bed. When we entered the new room, the bunk bed was for children and we had booked for 4 adults. We did not receive our deposit on the checkout day as we were told that we would. I had to chase this up for a couple of days. We also did not receive any compensation for being booked into the room apartment. Meant to be sound-proof as stated on booking.com but, woken up early in the morning with other guests leaving.

Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the interior is nice
