Holiday Plus - Holmfield Road

I like that the bedrooms were very big, the decor and how modernistic it looked like from the inside.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom is in one bedroom and if people from the other bedroom needed the bathroom, they have to disturb the people in the master bedroom.

don't judge on the outside appearance, needs a tidy up/refresh.

The location was excellent- an effort had been made to make the room look nice and some very practical things like toaster and microwave, & plates (but no table or chair) THIS IS NOT AN APARTMENT, but a double en-suite room with no door and a kids room with broken bunk beds

1. Smashed window on the inner door with sharp glass that could easily have injured if you caught your hand on it. 2. The. Bunk beds weren’t safe for children as weren’t screwed properly and had masking tape instead of screws in some places. and bunk bed tipped over when trying to climb the ladder when tried to close window that didn’t shut. Bunk beds are only 160cm long, not full size beds so not actually a bedroom 3. The window in the child’s bedroom did not shut. 3. The adult bedroom had no door on it !!! 4. The hall light had a motion sensory , but because there was no door on the bedroom, the hall light came on every-time you turned over in bed, which meant we got no sleep at all. 6. Post and junk mail strewn in the lobby 7. The outside of the property covered in weeds and rubbish - unkempt 8. The bathroom light was on a motion sensor that only stayed on for 25 seconds at a time (needs to be longer) light kept going off while in the shower. 9. Coffee was a solid lump in the tin 10. TV had been removed leaving just a wire 11. Could hear every word when people arriving back early hours in the morning (not sure what can be done about that). 11. Had cigarette burn holes in the sheets 12.light not working on the landing, so couldn’t see door pad to put code in, to enter room.

The location was good.

When we arrived, the door handle to the apartment was hanging on by one screw. In the main bedroom, the paint was coming off the walls and there was evidence of damp/water coming through the walls. One of the bed sheets had big holes in it. On arrival, there wasn't any toilet paper.

Location, beds need updating, late code for check in, blind brike, stains on the floor and walls

Good location. Good pub nearby that allows kids in and Good cafe for breakfast nearby as well. Good price, clean

I usually feel put off when breakage deposits are mentioned beforehand but we're were only there for one night for football so did nt mind. There were some small damages here and there's but only cosmetic but when I send pictures of these to owner when we arrived via whats app, they dealt with this well and offered to rectify these but I said there was no need, was just protecting deposit then they told me my deposit was safe which put my mind at ease.

Excellent property - well located. Nice rooms. Good facilities. Great staff. Overall very good and enjoyable stay
