Holiday Plus - Holmfield Road

Great location and parking right outside (not sure of the time limits), nice white bedding and cool digital lock. Very comfy bed

The blinds were not clean and didn’t pull over. Totally broken which meant to cover overnight and in the morning

I booked mainly for the excellent price but was really surprised to find it was perfect, luckily we got a parking space on the road outside, getting in was easy and the owners kept in touch well. We was in apartment 5 which was 2 rooms and one bathroom, the shower was hot and powerful, bed was clean and comfy, I couldn’t fault the place and would definitely stay again

Nothing, everything was spot on

The apartment smelled of mould and pee staff was not helpful, took 1 hour to get in the apartment as the door couldn't be opened. Suppose to be apartment no cooker or pots or pans to cook anything everything compacted in room not tables to eat your food on.

Close to the seafront.

The censored light in the bathroom kept going off and there was a bit of a cooking smell. But nothing major.

Good location can walk into Blackpool and can park the car on the road. Good communication with the owners. Easy to get in and use the codes. Clean

Tea and coffee facilities but no milk or spoons. Some areas need improving like the blinds didn’t shut and even though we don’t smoke I think people have smoked in the room in the past but for the price I couldn’t complain .

The room had OK facilities including TV kettle tea coffee fridge etc.

The room was not cleaned before we arrived and the bedding was just dumped into the other bed. I contacted the owners regarding this who apologised and stated they would contact the cleaners to get it sorted but this was just left. Also our the front we was gelreeted by bags of rubbish all ripped covering the front garden area with rubbish, glass bottles and bags.

On arrival the front garden was Struan with litter broken bricks. The lobby door was broken glass missing and dangerous. The landing on to the floor of the apartment was not lit in the evening I needed my phone torch The door handle screws feel out had to manually reattach Entered the property the second bedroom smelled of stale pee dirty window sill and empty water bottle left Main bedroom the bed was broken as soon as we sat down dishes were left lieing as if on a drying board Toaster was melted dried in stains on the carpet that were crunchy The bathroom was not clean either has black hairs on shower door and other areas as attached pictures There was also WiFi advertised which did not work and neither did the tv. There was no thermostat in the room and the bedroom was freezing Txt the owner about everything and said they would get maintenance out and nobody appeared was forced to sleep on broken bed and in very cold conditions with two children Phoned them three times and ignored me by not answering No bin facilities Txt me the following day and said they would try again but never appeared we we had no option but to get alternate accommodation Would not recommend I would stay clear at all costs
