Lack of privacy It was a lounge , dining area, with beds in Had a toilet and shower fitted in A joining door which was locked , which someone else lived in , when was up all night talking and cooking We had dirty plates under the coffee table . It wasn’t the best, but you get what you pay for It’s a shame because it could be done to a higher spec, and have cleaners or some kind of staff there when they say there coming round to take the dirty pots away

The location was great...easy acess..very clean good price.

Room door Motion light kept coming on during the night if you moved in your sleep,, waking us,very annoying,no kettle

Easy self check in!!. Lovely Clean tidy apartments we booked two, one for myself and my husband and one for our adult children. Small apartments but enough for what we needed and the price reflected that. I was a bit concerned about the security deposit and how quick we'd get that back received it back within 24 hours of checkout! So had nothing to worry about I'd happy book again for a short stay!

The room stank of stale urine which had tried to be masked by turning the radiator off and opening the window by the cleaners. Since it was December we had to close the window and turn the heating on. The crockery had clearly not been cleaned between people and this is just the bottom of one glass pictured but all of it was dirty, and there wasn't anywhere to wash up properly. I reported everything to the owner and we ended up leaving a day early because of the smell. I have requested a partial refund but management so far haven't replied to my request. The room needs deep cleaning and likely the carpet ripping out and replacing. I am not one to complain normally but it was pretty grim.

The location for what I wanted was excellent.

I booked an apartment, at least that's what the pictures shown, as it was trip for 3 adults. It was a tiny room with small bathroom, I only booked it as it was advertised as an apartment with pictures showing that. Luckily it was only one night, wouldn't book again as it false advertised.

There was a lot of damage in the room that we needed to report, the blinds did not work , there where burn holes in the floor , the ceailing was falling in. Make sure you check you get your security deposit back; we had to chase this a number of times being told it had been done. Eventually when we did get it back it shown on the receipt that is had only just been processed. If we did not check our account, I don't believe we would have ever got back the deposit.
