It was good

Easy access to where we needed to go for our event, helpful and friendly agent who assisted us, lovely clean bedding and towels provided, comfortable modern apartment and good communication and instructions about parking etc. thanks.

Previous tenants broke blind in bedroom and only way to fix in time was to leave the window slightly ajar and trap blind in it which the agent assisted us with. Only one glass to drink from. Shower in main bathroom was broken, water spilling out of tube and shower head was black, shower area in general needs attention.

We were asked to walk 15 minutes to a supermarket to collect the keys, but finally the host accepted to come and hand us the keys

Window was broken in one of the bedrooms and the heater wasn't working as well, it was very noisy and cold at night and I asked the hosts to come and fix the window but they never came !!

We arrived at the apartment and the host hadn’t made up enough beds for the amount of people staying. When I called the host to ask about it they told me to look in the cupboard where I found bin liners of sheets with the hoover shoved in to the same bin liner, they said those were the “clean” sheets and that we were to make the beds ourselves. There wasn’t any washing up liquid or soap in the soap dispenser. When I spoke with the host they were pretty unfussed.

It wasn’t cleaned properly in many places and glasses were left dirty in cupboard and nothing to wash up with
