The host was very helpful and kept in touch throughout the stay. The apartment was clean and cosy, the location was perfect and free parking is available too! For the price it was above expectations and will definitely be booking again.

Location was great, the property was clean and was well maintained

Massive issue with getting to the main building No parking outside on weekends and the parking bay we did not have access to and had to follow a car in, but then could not get our car out again until one of the residents kindly let us out.

Nice, good size apartment, comfortable beds and good kitchen unit. Quiet area. About 25 minutes walk to the city centre - New Street shopping area.

Check-in arrangements were strange and customer support was non existent. check in instructions are sent a few hours before arrival so you end up having to access these as you travel. in my case I received 3 emails but unfortunately one ended up in junk mail which caused confusion. Then the key safe refused to open. I called the phone number provided and was directed to an answering machine. I left a message but never received a reply. Eventually gained access with help from the residents of another apartment. As we arrived around 16:00 I would at least have expected that there would be someone available to answer the phone when we had a problem.

Lovely location with nearby attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Even better if there was a lift.

Well equipped kitchen, light and airy flat with large windows and a balcony. Was fine for what we needed it for. Towels are provided. Decent smart tv with access to netflix, disney etc. Very big bedrooms.

The instructions from booking.com were confusing, the main door to the building was broken so we were told to enter from the rear entrance. Do not drive into the car park you can not get out!! We ended up stuck in a gated car park in the rain. The owner was very helpful and arranged someone to come but luckily a resident let us out before then. We are hoping we do not get fined for being in the car park, which is a £100 fine! Also the flat is in Birminghams clean air zone so make sure if your car is compliant otherwise it's £8 a day to drive to/from the flat

This is a great location location, parking is available and feel safe as well.

Although it is a great location, but it needs a lot of work inside the apartment Carpet was dirty which gave me allergy and had to take medication. Washing machine did not work. With little work inside this would be a great place to stay.
